Tasmin joins new look BBC Three news

Former ZEE Music and Five presenter Tasmin Lucia Khan has been hired by BBC Three for its new look news bulletin '60 Seconds', which relaunches on Tuesday (12th February).
Tasmin will co-present with Andy May who has presented sports updates on BBC Radio 5 Live's Eammon Holmes' show.
In line with the audience's interest in the world around them, '60 Seconds' will also commit to special bulletins on everything from environment, technology and science to entertainment and weekend sport.
Tasmin said: "I'm very excited to be part of the new look BBC Three. I'll be keeping our audiences up-to-date during the week with all the latest news, just the way they like it. It's going to be short and sharp news bulletins on the hour and I've literally got only 60 seconds to deliver!"
Tasmin had been with ZEE Network since 2000. She will also present 'Entertainment 24' on BBC News 24, Monday to Thursday at 18:30 and 21:30. (more)

Following the runaway success of the first two series, The Apprentice - produced by talkbackTHAMES - will move to BBC One while The Apprentice: You're Fired, the complementary show presented by Adrian Chiles, will move to BBC Two from BBC Three. The first series of The Apprentice transmitted from February 2005 drawing an average audience of 2.5 million and 11% share of the available audience, peaking at 3.8 million and 17% share for the final programme..
