Deborah Turness appointed NBC News President, leaving ITV News in July

Editor of ITV News, Deborah Turness, has been appointed President of NBC News. Turness – who will set off for New York to take up the position – was the first female Editor of ITV News, as well as being the youngest, when she was appointed in 2004.
